In-Home Standard Delivery

(Only available within 30 miles)

• Delivered to selected room
• One flight of stairs included
• Signature required
• Assembly not included

In-Home Premium Delivery

• White glove delivery service
• Delivered to room
• Unpacking included
• Assembly included

Shipping (Curbside)

• Delivered to curb or driveway
• Customer responsible after delivery
• No unpacking or assembly

Processing Time

Orders take up to 3 business days to process. In some cases, it may take 8–12 weeks.

Return / Refund Process

Returns accepted within 7 days. Restocking fees between 30%–50% may apply.

Cancellation Policy

• Before shipment: Full refund
• After shipment: 20% fee applies
